Alyssa Curran August 2016 Lu was super helpful from the very beginning she let us know everything up front when we got there my dog was instantly drawn to her. Our dog got a huge room where her large kennel and big pillow could fit and she still had quite a bit of room to roam. There are two outdoor areas that are very clean and the place was very nice. Dogs Day Inn is the best place I’ve ever taken my dogs to. I have 3 Chihuahuas that are very spoiled and I don’t let just anyone care for them. My girl Chihuahua doesn’t like anyone except for my husband and I, however ,after a day maybe two, Lu always manages to get her to come around. Sunshine loves it at Dogs Day Inn LLC. Lu and Denver take such good care of her! She always comes home happy and relaxed. Lu does a great job of personalized care of all of the dogs in her care. I found Dogs Day Inn LLC website online while looking for a place for our dog around the Osage Beach, MO, area. I sent Lu an e-mail regarding our little guys’ situation. He had recently lost the use of his back legs and did need special care. Lu responded very promptly wanting to know Otto’s requirements and felt that she may possibly help with Otto while we spent time on vacation with our family. We were so lucky to have found her. We did not have to worry about his care or be apprehensive. We were a phone call away if Lu had any questions and a short drive if we wanted to take him for a walk. Lu truly has a love for dogs, you can feel secure that they are being cared for.

Thank you for making a home away from home for my girls. They are part of the family & I will not leave them just anywhere when we travel. Dogs Day Inn LLC has been the perfect solution for us. They get excited when we pull in the drive way. I never worry when you keep them,I know they are well cared for. And one of the best parts is when I pick them up to head home, they are relaxed from having a fun time. That means so much to me, definitely eases my mind when we travel. We’ve been customers for 4+ years and they have always been very accommodating, even in times when we gave short notice for boarding our dog. The owner is very pet friendly and conscious of the dogs to make sure they are comfortable, safe and well taken care of. There are no cages, but rather half wall partitions to separate the dogs. Our dog is not kept in a cage at home, so the environment makes our dog feel closer to home. We highly recommend using Dogs Day Inn LLC for your next pet’s destination while you are out of town.
We have a yellow lab. We’ve taken her to Dogs Day InnLLC in Kaiser Mo. for at least 4 years. We usually take her with us, but sometimes you just can’t. We’ve never had a bad experience. We treat our dog as part of the family and when we pick her up she is always happy (just the way we dropped her off). I would recommend this boarding facility to anyone who truly cares for their pet. We appreciate the extra care given by the owner (Lu) and will continue to use this facility when needed.
We have been taking our bulldog to Dogs Day Inn LLC for several years now. We feel very lucky to have found this place. Lu is so amazing. We feel so lucky to have found a person to take care of our dog that cares just as much as we care. When we first moved to the Lake area from Los Angeles, CA we did not know where to take her. After several bad experiences in the Lake area, Kansas City, and Overland Park Kansas. Yes!!! We went as far as Overland Park to board our pup in trying to find the best place where she would be taken care of without any negligence and no stress. We almost gave up and than we found Dogs Day Inn lLC (She was highly recommended by one of our clients) We feel so blessed to have found this place. I feel like I am taking my dog to a family member that cares. I travel without stress knowing that she will be stress free, safe and in a place where she will not be ignored. Lu takes great pride and notices every detail of my dogs needs, from her appetite, water intake, to her potty breaks and activity level. I know she is on top of it and I have not found that anywhere. This place is clean and safe. It is all you need for your dog to be safe, happy and stress free.

We have boarded our 12 year old golden here at least 6 times maybe more, sometimes for as long as 2 weeks when we lived full time near Osage Beach MO. (We just recently moved to GA)
Dogs Day Inn LLC is the only place we will leave our black lab! The dogs safety is their main concern, and they get personalized attention throughout the day. She really cares about each dog, and the rooms are always spotlessly clean! No worries here 🙂

Lu has been watching our dogs when we travel almost from the time she began her business. When we had to put our very old girl Casey down, Lu posted a remembrance on her wall for her. This past year she welcomed our newest (special needs) addition, Chuckie. Lu always works to understand the personality of each of her charges and she deals with them exactly in the way they need. We live in Atlanta as well as here at the Lake. We would never board our dogs in Atlanta but we would think of doing anything else but have them stay with Lu when we traveling while at the Lake. They love it – like a mini vacation.
